This page was inspired by my godson and I hope as he grows older, he will have hours of fun with his wonderful parents.

Crafting isn’t just for children. As a family, hours spent crafting, spent making things, provides memories for years to come. I remember a holiday where my Dad and I made a model plane. It was one of the happiest holidays of my life.

Crafting teaches children to be creative and resourceful – turning everyday objects into objects of value – and a lot of crafts can be made from using recycled goods you already have. Turning an ordinary cardboard box into a treasure chest, tuning a popsicle stick into a puzzle is not just craft. It is magic.
